We only collect what we need to fulfill your order and follow up with you:

• Order details — the products, colors, sizes, quantities, artwork or logo files you upload, and any notes you provide.
• Shipping address — collected at checkout so your order can be delivered.
• Payment information — card and billing details are entered directly into Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

• To process, produce, and ship your order.
• To send order confirmations, proofs, receipts, and shipping updates.
• To respond to quote requests and follow up about your project.
• To keep records for accounting, warranty, and reorder purposes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to stay in touch.

Service providers we share with

To run our business, we share the minimum necessary information with trusted providers who process it on our behalf:

• Stripe — secure payment processing.
• Printful — printing, embroidery, and fulfillment of apparel and headwear.
• Google — order and lead records, uploaded artwork, and receipt storage via Google Sheets and Google Drive.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — website hosting.

Each provider is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.

Data retention

We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to records we are required to retain.
