Refund & Returns Policy

Every BrandedFast order is custom made to your specifications — printed, embroidered, or programmed just for you. Because these items are produced on demand and cannot be restocked or resold, they are handled differently from off-the-shelf products. Please review your proof carefully before approving production.
Custom items are non-refundable
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made products simply because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or artwork/spelling that was approved on your proof. Please double-check colors, sizes, quantities, and artwork before you approve your order.
Defects, errors, and damage
We stand behind our work. We will replace or refund any item that arrives with a manufacturing defect, a production error on our part, or damage in transit. This includes misprints, misaligned or flawed embroidery, material defects, the wrong item, or a size that does not match what was ordered.
How to report a problem
Contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@getbrandedfast.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review and, once confirmed, arrange a free replacement or a refund of the affected items — no return shipping required for defective goods.
Order changes and cancellations
Because we send orders into production quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins. If you need to change or cancel, email us right away. Once an order is in production, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Web design services
Web design projects are billed per the terms of your specific project agreement. Work already completed is non-refundable. Any deposit and milestone terms will be outlined before your project begins.
