What is included
- Standard hosting coordination for one approved informational website, with HTTPS and deployment management.
- Availability monitoring and review of dependency/security updates.
- Source backup and monthly recovery-readiness checks. Database or transactional-data backups require an explicitly agreed scope.
- Up to 30 minutes of minor text/image/link updates each billing month; unused time does not roll over.
- Support requests acknowledged within two business days. Resolution depends on the issue and third-party providers; this is not a 24/7 emergency response or uptime guarantee.
What is quoted separately
New pages or features, redesigns, ecommerce, custom apps, content production, extensive accessibility remediation, premium software, domains, email hosting, unusual traffic/storage charges, and work beyond the update allowance. We confirm additional charges before doing billable work.
Enrollment, billing, and cancellation
We first assess your site and confirm scope in writing. Your secure Stripe checkout shows the recurring charge before you subscribe. Billing is monthly in advance. Cancel future renewals through the billing portal or contact us before renewal; service normally continues through the paid period. Any refunds remain subject to your agreement and applicable rights. There is no automatic enrollment with a website build.
Your project agreement identifies domain ownership, source-code ownership, and a practical handoff process. Keep your domain registered in your business name. Moving to another host is possible; migration work and third-party requirements may need a separate quote.
